"Setup" for creating oppertunity

In this 8D game,  black works on setup (rather than direct contact in the openning),  and actively create oppertunity

in the mid game: count on 1 move (Q10) to force white to resign by 147 move.

without setup 1st, hard to make
that critical move.

The thinking pattern is:

Fuseki (global) - Shape (local) - Tesuji (contact)

Q10 is more than a contact move.

Contact means attach, but this move
is entering to the mouth of tiger.

Yes w is way behind if you count. But even without counting, if you look closely, b succeeded to enter white's moyo. And so w has almost nothing.

is IGS 8d game close to KGS 8d game? The difference is that there are more 8d players in IGS?

If you count, you will see that white is down by like 20 points.

Forgive my ignorance, but why did white resign? To my noobish eye, it looks like white "has" two corners, and huge influence on the center of the board.

I like w's style.

W should not resign too early
