"wowow" - fake 9-dan, or real one?

wowow, 9-dan was undefeated on KGS till today, when he lost to LemonLemon.
What is his real rank? I feel, wowow is close to 6-7d KGS
Check his White 14, for example. Looks strange.
White got very bad fuseki in this game and was not able to make game complicated later
