There are no so many lectures in Russian over the Internet like the English ones. So it is a good call for people who do not understand English.

You should definitely do it straight away in english; measuring whether the format is a success or not is also more clear that way.

Sounds great!
Too bad, the vast majority on KGS does not understand Russian, including myself.
If only there was a language that the vast majority did understand... like say... the language used on this website?
