I think your all right to some extent when I was kyu i defenitly felt like no one cared or botherd to look at my acheivments so its a good idea to put stuff up about kyu and there acheivments and so forth but I also agree that theres better places to do that other then here so i reccomend maybe a blog or something? but other then that you did a awsome job on the article! (writting this comment many months later)

It is an interesting idea to tell stories about 20 kyus who want to become really strong... The only problem is where to tell those stories.
This site is not a proper place for it and some other respected people already said it here. Posting game like this one here is like covering primary school basketball league on Eurosport...
Please find some other place to praise kyus and don't spoil this wonderful site.

I agree with Wasiqi. If people are willing to view this article in the first place, why just view it to diss it. He has a very interesting idea in writing articles about people that would otherwise go unnoticed.

I wasn't going to comment on this...but...I think the title speaks for itself. If people are looking to read up on the latest games of high dans and pros, they probably aren't interested in a 20k.
Yet here they are reading the article and then complaining that it's not about some "sensational player".
I'm writing this to give ordinary people credit for their achievements that might otherwise go unnoticed.

I don't mean to be a downer, but 20k to 10k in 10 weeks is relatively easy, in fact, it even may be called slow for a prospective talent. 1 stone a week is not very hard given the strength. I thought Gosensations was solely for "sensations." Filling it up with these aspiring kyus isn't so hard. Most people with Hikaru no Go usernames or avatars fit this description. There are dozens, if not hundreds of them.
