My 18 games winning streak is over :(

White 73 was self-killing move. I know, it was possible to live inside with 2 points, but I thought that I cannot win this game by playing passively. So, I decided to sacrifice my group and create weak points in Black's shape, but my opponent was very careful and saved all his weak groups well.
