Background:
Hu Yuqing is a strong amateur from China, most notable for winning the 26th WAGC.  It seems he is in a bit of a slump online though, losing 6 games consecutively after upgrading from 8d.  Though he started winning some games onward, his current record as a 9d is not so impressive, with 3 wins and 8 losses prior to this match.  It should be no surprise then that a vast majority of observers predicted his opponent, gradually 9d, to win.  I do not have any information on this player other than that he is Japanese and I think we can safely assume that he is a pro, if not a top-class pro because of his incredible run of 19 wins and 1 loss in this last 20 games prior to this match!  In fact, Hu Yuqing was such an underdog that anyone who put his or her points on Hu Yuqing would get over a 6x return!  It is quite a startling statistic.  Can Hu Yuqing defy the majority and defeat one of the rising Tygem stars?  See for yourself in a game with more thought into it than normal as they were playing with very slow time settings (1 minute byoyomi).    

Thoughts/Impression on the game:
-There is a tremendous blunder made at the end of the game during a ko fight.  It was so obvious that even a 9k who was watching the game recognized that it was a disaster play by one side.
