Big Bad Wolf vs Rakuen(danigabi).

Andy Liu (BBW) has returned and played a few games. He has played both Atsumi Go School teachers ( me and OohAah).

In this game, i lost by a few points. There was a funny blunder near the end that cost me about 3 points, but besides that i have a very hard time finding my mistakes.

In concept, maybe i could have tried to attack the top dragon instead of going for the territorial approach in the bottom left, but i couldnt find a practical attack on that group, and white ended up defending it anyway.

Also, maybe i missed an opportunity by never playing C17 Yosu-miru. If the C17-D17 exchange were done, i could play B14 at B15, and maybe achieve 3 more points.

Close games are very hard to review, because everything can be the losing move or strategy :).

Enjoy!

Ill upload the game commented. I worked on it with bbw a little and more myself.

I found many things :only 1 or 2 are clear, but many are slightly worse than optimal moves.

Answering to breakfast:

I didnt even consider anything other than S18: i guess its at least possible. S18 is a normal move seen in pro games when black is strong in the sorroundings.

L17 surprised me, i think black gets a better result up to the central keima in the game.

I don't like White's S18 in fuseki -looks greedy
I prefer S18 at Q15 for connecting groups and forcing W to live small.

The result till W32 in real game looks promising for W.
